Weight loss is all about deprivation. Whoever told you that really needs to get a life! No, weight loss is not about deprivation, weight loss can be fun; it's just about keeping your calories in check. Oh and did I mention that these calories can come from any kind of food at all? Yes - carbs, proteins and fats can ALL be part of your diet and you can STILL LOSE WEIGHT!
