It's going to become an independent company, getting out from under the tracker-stock confusion. QVC grew right through the recession. It's growing probably more than 10% a year. It took advantage of the recession to buy assets from bankrupt competitors at 10ยข on the dollar and to buy a significant amount of its own shares at cheap prices. Nonetheless, if mass sell-offs are occurring by insiders, such a situation may warrant further in depth analysis of the reason behind the sale.
